Plain-language summary: we collect the email address you give us, whether you're joining as a client or a freelancer, and the city you select. We use it to tell you when Nimbl launches and plan our rollout by area. We don't sell your data or use tracking or advertising cookies.

Who we are

Nimbl is a South Africa focused on demand services platform, currently in pre launch. This page explains how we handle information collected through this waiting list site. Questions can be sent to nimblfreelancing@gmail.com.

What we collect

We don't ask for or store any other personal information on this site, and we don't use analytics or advertising tracking.

Why we collect it

Solely to notify you when Nimbl launches, and to send you information relevant to whether you're a prospective client or a freelancer. We won't use your email for anything else without asking you first.

Who we share it with

Your email is stored with MailerLite, the email service we use to manage the waiting list and send updates. MailerLite processes this data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We don't sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with any other third party.

Other services this site uses

This page loads fonts from Google Fonts and connects to MailerLite to handle your signup. Both are necessary for the page to work correctly, and may involve your browser making a request to those providers' servers. Neither is used to track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We'll keep your information until Nimbl launches and the waiting list has served its purpose, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email nimblfreelancing@gmail.com and we'll action it promptly.

Where this applies

Nimbl is built for the South African market. We aim to handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
